We are young college students that have a lot of heart, drive and passion for carpet cleaning. The brothers and I have been cleaning carpets since we were 10 with our father, Randy (owner). 5 Step Carpet Care was established in San Luis Obispo during 1999. We have built up a client base of over 6 hotels/motels and multiple businesses. Our company has been cleaning homes and apartments for over 20 years! Compared to our competitors, we have the most knowledge and experience cleaning homes and businesses. Our family business has relocated to the Santa Clarita Valley. We now serve all of Los Angeles County.

Over 15 years have been dedicated to the development of our signature cleaning solution. We have formulated a soap free and odor free cleaning solution that is 100% environmentally safe. Safe for babies, pets and people with allergies. Our mixture is Green Seal Certified, Asthma and Allergy Approved, IAQ Approved, Wool Safe Approved, Environmentally Safer Approved and Safer For Pets Approved.
Our solution is strong enough to withstand the toughest stains. It contains an aggressive degreaser that removes any type of oil, makeup, food or drinks.
Covid-19 Protocol:
Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, our company is fully functional while following the CDC guidelines. All workers are tested weekly, wear masks, sanitize all surfaces and respectfully keep a 6 foot distance. We also supply masks to customers who request them. Business hours have not changed. We are open 7 days a week and provide same day service.
